To choose your travel dates, please send us an e-mail
from M-F from 9am - 9pm EST. Please contact us before purchase if you are concerned about your travel dates, If there is no availability, we will happily reschedule you at a comparable resort or refund your payment in full. Upgrades are available for most vacation packages; please inquire. All upgrades are subject to availability and may require an additional fee.

Cancelation Policy
- You have 7 days to cancel your package without penalty.
- If your preferred travel dates have become unavailable, you can accept an alternate resort, modified your travel dates or change your destination without penalty. You can also keep your vacation package up to a full year after purchase to use later., or get a refund
- If you need to cancel your reservation; you can also reschedule your vacation within 1 year from the purchase date. Any modification (including name changes) will be charged at $50.00. Any cancelation or modification made within 15 days from the arrival date, will be charged at $120.00 or 1 night at regular rate (from $120- $178). This promotion is not redeemable for cash. Some other restrictions apply.
If you will NOT be able to take the tour, or your eligibility status is affected by marital or financial changes; we will transfer you to an alternate resort or cancel your reservations, subject to above policy.

3. Please check your e-mail address; you should receive a Welcome call, the Sales Receipt and the Reservation Form.
4. Please complete the Reservation Form with names of the Persons traveling with you and request your travel dates. Don't forget to sign this form and email or fax it over to us at Fax
5. Once we receive your fax we will submitted the Reservation with the Resort. No later than 1 week we will e-mail you the Hotel Voucher.
